Rare blue diamond was named - «Star Josephine»

Rare fantastic bright blue diamond-kushon without internal defects, weighing 7.03 carats, sold recently at the jewelry auction Sotheby's, was purchased by a well-known connoisseur and collector of diamonds from Hong Kong's Joseph Lau Luena-Khanga.

  Lau paid for by a Diamond $ 9.48 million, and exercised his right to the name of precious stones, which is now called the «Star of Josephine» ( 'Star of Josephine').
